He then received his M.S. in ore deposit geology and his Ph.D. in igneous petrology\, both from the University of Georgia.  He worked with NASA on lunar exploration and migrated into a NASA postdoctoral position\, during which he served on the Mars Exploration Rover Science Team and began working on volcanic rocks from both Mars and Earth.  He is currently an Assistant Professor at SUNY-Potsdam. \n  \nSee ASRAS e-mail titled “Meteorite Talk Feb 27” for zoom link.  (Or contact Jutta Dudley or Michael Grenier.)
