Supernova 2004bv in NGC 6907

sn04bv_i.jpg Discovered by R. Kushida (Japan).   This one is a nice bright nearby type Ia found on the rise. We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal.  Icon generated from R. Kushida's discovery image.  This supernova is in the Constellation Capricornus.
