Supernova 2004ab in NGC 5054

sn04ab_i.jpg Discovered by Berto Monard in South Africa.   This one is a type Ia discovered about 1 week after maximum light.   We have a DSS Photometry reference image made by Odd Trondal.  Icon generated the Berto's discovery image.  This supernova is in the Constellation Virgo.
